This is the second part of Rowing form. Half slide and Full slide complete the Full Rowing stroke movement/motion. It is crucial for you to master the movement before just getting on the Rowing machine and Row. In order to prevent any potential serious Lower Back, Spinal injuries and pull muscles proper Form is a must. Take your time, do not go fast and do not pay attention to numbers at this point. Numbers, power, speed will come later. YOU WILL OWN IT!
